Massage for Natural Vision Improvement

Simple exercises you can do anywhere to relax your eyes.

Massaging along the eyebrow ridge:

  • Close your eyes, breathe deeply and slowly, and relax.
  • Stroke gently with your fingertips across the eyebrows, starting at the bridge of the nose and working outward toward, but not on, the temples.
  • As you stroke, stretch the skin and underlying muscle very lightly.

Massaging the temples:

  • With your eyes closed, stroke your temples very gently to loosen the muscles there.

Very gentle massage around the eyes:

  • Massage very gently and tactfully, in the area just around the eyes (within the eye orbits), making small, circular strokes.
