Finger Stretch
A simple exercise to both relax, and to increase the flexibility of your fingers.
Stretch your hands by extending your fingers and maintain the stretch for ten deep breaths. Do this several times a day, when you are resting or while going about your daily chores. This stretch may bring you a great sense of relief.
You can also try extending the fingers of one hand and tap on the back of your stretched hand with the finger-tips of your other hand. Keep the tapping hand loose at the wrist.
